Male announcer with ID @ 0306.   Strong over-modulation @ 03:10 .  Stories on everything from ballistic missiles to Egyptian international sales to the (seemingly ubiquitous) Trump.  Short musical bridge @ 03:15 to a historical narrative covering stories from the Turkish Army to Charles Lindbergh!     Switch to songs with male vocals @ 03:18 with a steadily improving signal.
