9790 KHZ @ 0333 UTC 27 Aug 19 in English with  Chinese female announcer recanting her familial experiences in Knoxville TN.  along with other womens'  points of interests .  Wonderful Signal tonite initially but deteriorated quickly at 0340 when they switched to music.  Oh well, Its Quivican but for a while it came thru great.
