2107: Can just barely make out FDR's voice giving a speech "In All The World"

Station is easliy recogized by the voices. Signal is in and out at times, and possibly S8 which is about the noise floor. Sometimes all trace of the signal is gone totally.

2115 utc- suddenly the station is much louder and I can recognize a lot of FDR's speech.
