UNID 6955 AM/LSB/USB S3 in NY

First noted in chat on AM at 0031 UTC then switched to LSB at 0035 and then switched to USB at 0038 with Arabic ? chanting

I also heard it on 6955 USB, Arabic chanting only. Then suddenly gone.
