I tried for each as you've listed them but nada, mebbe a carrier at 245 but nothing else. I suppose a hf ocf isn't going to do well at vlf.

These were on the Wellbrook loop.  I had 252 and 171 very weak on my pennant.  I had nothing on the loop skywire or the vertical (this could be because the baluns on those antennas aren't designed to cover LW).

30 October around 2330 UTC:

Sounds like Romania on 153 kHz, comparing to the stream on their website.

Dead carrier on 162 kHz from France

Medi 1 on 171 kHz

Europe 1 on 183 kHz

BBC on 198 kHz but heavy NDB QRM

Poland coming in nicely on 225 kHz.

Not sure who I have on 252 kHz, RTE Ireland?

I can get WWVB at 60kc even with 18dB of attenuation cranked in just to see if I can still hear it but no eurovlf for me.

I'm looking forward to December and January to see just how good the longwave conditions can get.
Another exceptional evening on longwave here.
171, 198 and 252 are S9
183 and 234 with good copy (S7 to S8 with auto-notch to get rid of heterodynes on 234)
216 is there, but weak .
