Russian station 7520 A.M. 3:55 UTC 12/08/2019

Male voice was clearly speaking Russian.  Nothing on any Shortwave schedules had this frequency in use at the time, and no Russian broadcasts on nearby frequencies.  My SDR picked it up strong starting at on 7515, but signal meter showed the peak to be at 7520.  Signal cut off completely at 4:00 UTC - voice inflection and closing style music indicated it was the end of the show.

Anybody know what this was. The signal was so strong, that either propagation is incredible tonight, or it had a U.S. broadcast origin.

SO6 Russian Spy Numbers station has been known to use 7523 and 7528 KHZ but usually only at 1900 and 2100 utc and then for only 10 minutes.   I know this doesn't match up with your programming description  but they're still Commies you know so anything goes
