1803 some music, way below the ut.QRM noise (so not sure what I hear),
1804 using another antenna : that could be Charleston Radio
the lower sideband is under a 'blizzard' utility, (and u-side noisy too), 1813,
1816 ID (guessed, the usual one), music under the noise level
