Unid Happy Groundhog Day Stn, 2-2-12, *0244-0257*, 6.925 AM, sigs hr btwn S2-4, sign-on w/music, lots of talk & chatter, mentions of Arctic Circle starting in St. Louis & Groundhog Day, at end anncr sang "have a happy groundhog daaaa-aaaaaa-aaaaaay," then off.  Pse QSL. Would be appreciated. Tnx.
