Edit : the offset was that of Radio Merlin, but what I heard (very shortly, no time at noon)
did not sound like Merlin, more like a Dutch station, more and more Dutch stations there, including with that exact offset, also weak signal, and I misunderstood the central word.
Sorry for that mistake. So not Radio Monique International, but Radio Merlin International.
