CRI 11.640 (Kashi-Saibagh)

Listening to a program in English from what I think is CRI out of Kashi-Saibagh. I'm listening from Florida and I'm not use to receiving signals from that part of the world. Particularly at this time of the morning. Does anyone else receive this on a regular basis? Thanks
