Heard this one in Manti, Utah, playing country music behind KSTE’s political talk, with CISL mixing at times with sports. First heard a Garth Brooks song, then a female announcer, then a Collin Raye song, all of which matched the station’s online stream when I checked. By 0623 UTC, the signal was rising again after several minutes of fading. This one’s listed as just 900 watts at night; distance from me is 796 miles.
