Rado Habana Cuba May Day celebration
« on: May 01, 2020, 1641 UTC »
Very good reception on 15140 am on May Day

Have been listening for the past 15 minutes to a medley of RHC historic clips in Spanish and English which appear to be celebrating May Day and the 49th anniversary of the founding of the station (Pedro must be sleepless waiting for next year's un-lockdown 50th festivities.).  I'm guessing we are being treated to a day's long party.

I won a RHC t-shirt featuring Che and Fidel on their 47th anniversary radio extravaganza.  Just trying to figure out the most appropriate inaugural donning of the prize, perhaps to my first appearance at a NASWA Winter SWL Fest  ;).

1615-1630 Assorted historic clips of RHC, speeches
1643 Communist March music
1654 Cuban Dance music
