"UFO" sounds 6957KHz, 1100z - ?

Lying in bed this morning, I first noticed the sound at 1058 and at least until 1106 when it faded (I fell asleep soon after).

There did sound like a station underneath, but was too weak to confirm.

Same sound as the whooping N. Korean jammer I heard last year on 3480KHz.
