fine music programme, presentation in ?
strong here, very weak on Twente SDR            1954 with fading now
2000 Radio Emmerloord, news in D, 2002 ID, jingle ID, pops
2012 "I believe in angels"

Heard before 1900 hrs. About s1-s3. Pirate or legal?
Nothing on 7765.

EDIT: Just now (2020) 7760 is s9 and 7765 is s7-s9. Too close to each other for good audio.
