Surprised to see a licensed broadcaster using sideband up here.  Good signal with little fading.

1659 news/commentary about race issues and world events from 1989.
1709 talk about Gorbachev, communism, MLK, biblical viewpoint, etc.

Pretty good signal late this morning 15555 KHZ USB @ 17;23 UTC (11:23 CST Local) with the usual Sunday fire and brimstone  sermonizing.
Moderate QRN  with gradual but rare episodes of QSB.
