Excellent reception, probably new broadcaster or new carried program.  I tuned in expecting to hear Radio Prague, instead a lengthy piano classical piece, quite lovely.  I checked WRMI's web site and Mondays at 2000 utc on 15770 and noticed this new listing.  No web page for Red Banner Radio.
