0401 short M voice (ID stamp ??), then same woman speaking
0405 speech by M about American affairs (could it be a democrat convention?)

0429 strange sounds, 0431 SSTV monster ' ..yours while supplies last',
0433 SSTV (billboard? unlegible), couple of words, OFF
