This seems to be a Piepzender relay of Radio Emmeloord https://radioemmeloord.nl
though announcers mention 3 stations including Radio Elvira (sp?)
Dutch DJ and rock oldies at 1813 UTC
Signal good via UK
ID from chat as Radio Emmeloord

1823 "We love the pirate stations", DJ, pop, 1827 Hollies "I'm alive",
1830 DJ : Radio M&O (?) and other names, ..DAB+..meter band,
then a song from the 'German service of Radio Luxembourg',etc.. 1834
1835 (thanks to FOX), yes // 3920, better on 6242
1839 ID as Radio Emmeloord, then "Caroline" song
more oldies, with DJ in D between  the songs, 1849
1954 pop //3920
2043 ID as Radio Emmeloord and Radio Elvira and ....
2101 news ...coronavirus..  (not // 3920)

Also on 1829 heard  in GR with -85/120 dbm and 15 db fading

Radio Elvira is  Dutch station licensed with 1 watt on 1485 kHz
