Barely audible with weird music and voice, slowly comes up to a male voice with perhaps ID (? "Radio")  Novelty song.

currently S5 up from S3 - 4.

0012 UTC: Tuned in just in time to hear Frank Sinatra singing about Chicago with lots of gunfire noises added in, then off at 0014 UTC.
