Found a nice signal from this one via Madagascar (and aimed at South Sudan) this evening in presumed Juba Arabic, with a woman talking at length, followed by music at 0342 into a male voice with an ID and more talking, including a phone interview. At 0356 UTC, Arabic music to news at 0400 UTC. Fair signal overall, but lots of noise and choppy distance fading; SINPO 34223.

Weak signal on 11705 @ 15:12 (09:12 @ QTH) in Sudanese with OM narrative targeting South Sudan out of Madagascar.
