Adventist World Radio via Talata-Volonondry with programming in presumed Malagasy, with a man talking with some musical intervals. The signal was noticeable but hard to hear at times.

However, there was enough audio to compare what I was hearing with the 6065 kHz signal received by the TWR Africa SDR in South Africa, and the music and bits of audible talking matched. SINPO 25232.
