Pretty good signal, hearing what might be the sign off message as of 0311.
0315 still on, so I was wrong about him signing off. Signal took a nosedive over the past few minutes.

Yes, a nose dive as I hear nothing at 03:16 UTC from Victoria, BC.  Normally I hear him well, but you are correct about the highly variable signal strengths.  He always starts strong, then can go down to nothing within minutes.  73,  Walt
