I noticed a carrier fading up around 0230 UTC but I didn’t hear bits of audio until about 0241 UTC and then off and on until definite Spanish-language music right around 0300 UTC while listening in LSB mode. Mostly talking by a male announcer after that until music started again around 0315 UTC.

I compared what I was hearing to the feed from the TWR Bonaire and Brownsville, Texas, SDRs and also compared notes with folks in the HFUnderground chat board, one of whom heard an ID; I could not copy that myself.

According to Glenn Hauser's last "World of Radio" episode, this one -- presumed to be in Colombia -- is new to this frequency.
