17775 KHZ @ 15:33 UTC in Spanish with festive music/choral voices.   OM narrative at 15:36 . Music resuming at 15:38 with accordian/ male vocals. Very strong signal today with minimal static or fade.   Easily the best signal on 16 meters I've heard in quite a while.
