0318 tent Whispery ID, and off... need to listen to this a bit more

S9+3 here, pretty good audio in rising QRN

I have heard this ID in 3 separate broadcasts.  Sometimes it sounds like Wolverine, sometimes it sounds like something else.  I dunno...
