Hearing the Armed Forces Radio Network at 04:38z. Strangely enough, this part of spectrum is not allocated for broadcast stations.

These guys seem to broadcast wherever they feel like it. Their strongest frequency here is 10320 KHZ.

AFN typically broadcasts outside the usual international broadcast meter bands.  I'm not sure if they have a special exemption.  5446.5 is usually pretty weak here in Texas; 7811 is strongest here and audible throughout the day, with occasional fades; 10320 varies, sometimes I can get it at night during the summer.  I'm not sure if 6350 is active, it's usually buried under jamming intended to QRM a South Korean clandestine on 6348 AM.  Ironically, it only blocks AFN because the jammer seems to be mostly USB; tuning to 6348 LSB brings in the clandestine fairly well.

To go slightly OT here, did that clandestine QSY to 6400 in the last couple of months? Because that's where I hear that jammer most offen.

Asia-Pacific anything is almost a guaranteed "needle bender" in Vancouver.. I think we're in the second-hop-hotspot.

Last time I checked (about a week ago) that clandestine on 6348 AM was still active.  It's best in LSB due to ineffectual jamming on USB only.  I'll put 6400 on my list of freqs to check, tho'.  In my area with only an indoor antenna I hear lots of jammers and hardly ever hear the station being jammed.
