Tecsun PL-990X/PL-330 New Hidden Feature

“I am often asked how radio works. Well, you see, wire telegraphy
is like a very long cat. You yank his tail in New York and he
meows in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? Now, radio is
exactly the same, except that there is no cat.”

Admittedly I do not do much with MW BCB, but yeah, I have used the feature for using an external antenna for MW with my PL-330.

The PL-880 also has a similar feature.  The magic key presses extend the shortwave band down to the 540 KHz.  Just be careful, the Tecsun radios tend to overload.
