SINPO 24232  -  Seems to be broadcasting 24 hours since yesterday (even though according to Ray another station briefly transmitted over the top of Sovereign, yesterday afternoon, receivable in France,  I had no clear copy of that signal here, only Sovereign)

I tried 3905 around 1000, outdoor with wire, but no signal (in SW France)
D/E/F/G/It/Sp : Dutch/English/French/German/Italian/Spanish
+/- : about 0.02 offset, ++/-- 0.03/0.04 offset

Too much day time D-layer absorption on 75mb.  I am much closer, but it isn't very strong here during the day at the moment
