Overall poor reception of this weak but clear signal broadcasting a program in presumed Tigrinya toward Ethiopia/northeast Africa. Could hear talking and then closing music before sudden 1845 UTC signoff.
I stuck around until 1901 UTC, when the TWR transmitter down in Eswatini (aka Swaziland) signed on and a moment later started playing the interval signal. The handbell tune includes English IDs in male voice at intervals: "This is Trans World Radio Swaziland." Programming then started in presumed Lingala. The signal was stronger than the one out of Moldova, but it was still poor overall due to noise and choppy fading.
