MEXICO. 6185, XEPPM - Radio Educación, with extended broadcast. On Oct 27, noted in Spanish, leading up to choral
National Anthem at 1200 UTC; suspect this was due to Tropical Storm Zeta, which has hit the Yucatán Peninsula. No CHBC
(China) QRM.
