Tuned in at 2230utc, good signal with fading, talking en Espaņol pero no tengo fluencia en Espaņol, lo siento, is this a Cuban station that accidentally dialed up a frequency in our pirate band? (edit) I emailed Glenn Hauser about this. Something is always wrong at RHC.

Could this be why Habana's not on 9650 kHz, their new frequency, when I checked a half-hour ago? Did somebody transpose the numbers on the transmitter controller?
