11985 KHZ @ 20:23 UTC in Yoruba.   YL with number of  clear narrative features with short musical bridge between items.  Children's choir song @ 20:40.  Introduction of YM announcer introducing more music @ 20:44.   More narrative @ 20:45.

Fluctuating but easily decipherable signal with strong peaks.
