I can just hear Radio New Zealand International over the noise floor at 14:28z, 25 January 2021. The signal is bouncing up and down with propagation and averaging -100 dBm.

According to their schedule at https://www.rnz.co.nz/international/listen the target for this time frame is Pacific. To my location, this is approx 14,300 km (8,700 mi) across the Pacific Ocean.

A nice technical write-up of RNZI's shortwave operation is available at: https://www.rnz.co.nz/international/technical
