Spanish service, good reception.  Methinks Pedro forgot to shut the transmitter off, I could not find a scheduled broadcast of RHC after 1400 on this frequency.  Broadcast matches current 15140 transmission.

Again today (Jan. 23) at 1448 utc, OM and YL in Spanish.  Not broadcasting during 1400 utc hour previous two days.
