Fair signal with some fading.  Brief transmission, but wasn't able to catch an ID.

03:12z on with unknown music
03:13z someone talking over repeating Asain style melody?, but can't make out what's being said
03:18z UNID station off followed by someone else coming on afterwards with comment, but couldn't understand what was said.
