11688 usb @ 17:35 UTC 25 Jan 2021.     Not being familiar with UTE's I have no idea if this is correct or what the purpose of STANAG is.

Nice strong RTTY ( FSK at 850 Hz shift, 50 bd) signal with some slight QRM from what should be Radio Exterior Espaņa on 11685.0 kHz AM.
