1330 same ID, "Man of action", talking also "Sly Fox", no doubt about the ID
1405 music, QRM 2nd carrier (short), 1406 ID

SINPO = 25422-35422 in Kyiv at so early time. Some music and DJ's speech are audible on peaks.
