English service, snowstorm (6 inches and counting) may be aiding reception here.  Numerous stations I never receive at this hour are coming in just above noise floor including VOIRI, Adventist World Radio.

1716 OM describing desperate situation some folks are going through, at peaks good reception
1719 Completely in noise or off
1735 OM speaking but peaks not long enough to understand
