1414 Young YL, perhaps child, responding to OM
1418 From YL to transitional music to OM
1419 YL talking with another YL who sounds like she is on phone
1426 OM with ID then OM speaks for a bit
1429 Middle East sounding IS, snippet of VOA IS, then Off

I caught them  yesterday on same 15640 @ 14:22 UTC  (08:22 CST local) also in Dari.
