6925 (rx in USB) SIO 323

Decent signal with little fade - came on not long after the 10YA station.

02:07z scifi theremin(?) sounds
02:08z dogs barking
02:09z off

Chris, I was guessing sideband, but could've been AM - I can't really tell parked in USB unless I'm off tuned enough from the signal.
