I saw the K index reached 6 earlier. I'm still recording the 1600-1800 kHz area, getting pirates now and then, domestic and foreign.  11 meters has been OK today, a fair bit of DX. I have a new vertical dipole for 11 meters up about 50 ft.  I imagine the Irish Church Stations will eventually start rolling in again  ;D

11m was open earlier for a little bit, but only ch 6 was active. Have a Wilson 2000 mobile antenna stuck on a metal deck table. Its not ideal, but moderately sufficient for my purposes. I may try something like new dipole in the spring when the snow melts.

I have yet to hear the Irish Churches here.
