Tuned in at 2115utc, very weak under noise at my QTH, also tuned in on Barrington Hills IL kiwi sdr and it is weak there too, then tried Dixon IL kiwi sdr and weak there too, hear urban contemporary music under the mud, then at 2121 heard male speaking but was unable to understand him under the noise,

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires.
