11940 khz @ 22:22 in English with sweet Blues music along with a short history of American influences (i.e. Muddy Waters, etc ).    Nice program . "Hometown" by Fernando Netti (sp:?) and ended with Netti's "Come on Down to My Kitchen" @ 22:28

Pity this is only 1/2 hour broadcast.   Could've listed to this all night

ID @ 22:30 then switched to French.
