I was just wondering the other day if the FCC had caught up with YHWH again, as I hadn't heard Josiah and his rants for quite a while. But there he is tonight with a fair to good signal amid the noise on the 7-MHz band.

Very weak and just above the noise, a distinctive voice and cadence. Seems off at 0402z.
