Good carrier on the waterfall but weak audio just below the noise.

Barely detect carrier in ssb mode locally, tuned in on Dixon IL sdr and same results,

I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it.
