As mentioned by others -- this is Summer Radio 819 which was also
on in May 2020....
Male talking with some rock music -- this appeared after
presumed Tidalwave on 6230 closed....still UNID as of 1515 UTC
Signal good via Finland SDR
IDs as "....Rock Radio...." still unclear
Also "819......"

15.27 UTC station ID as SUMMER RADIO 819
15.28 UTC Pulp - Disco 2000
15.32 UTC DJ announced themselves as Chris Ise and Onkel Bernhard
15.33 UTC Rammstein - Radio

1532 trace, can't get the audio
1545 at last some audio, barely at noise level
1555 not better, music, talking (no copy)        1609 talking

(1634 no signal)
