Excellent reception, Japanese service.  Station purpose by Japanese government to communicate to abducted Japanese citizens. https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2016/12/19/national/japan-broadcast-radio-program-north-korea-abductees-frequencies/. Scary thought that a radio station would be deemed useful due to so many nationals held captive :(.


1615 OM talking in telephone like manner
1617 YL talking to Japanese song (Shazam ID-ed but in Japanese characters).
1621 YL talking in almost peaceful, reassuring tone - light music behind her words
1626 YL talking to Japanese song again Id-ed with Japanese characters
