I looked at the Koiki Media page, but I don't see any mention of a shortwave broadcast on 9890 kHz. Just various Internet platforms.

I have found that other SWL sites are picking up on this station. Glen Hauser's report for 13-14 June 2021 states it is Radio Yoruba, transmits from Woofferton and was launched on 6 June. It is in support of a Yourba independence movement.

I must say that in all the years I've been DXing I've never before been in on the ground floor of a new service like this. Now, the question is, do they QSL? :)

Some miscellaneous information - Olayomi Koiki is the radio presenter for the station on 9890 kHz. ("Radio Ominira Yoruba" - "Radio Freedom Yoruba").
He is also an announcer on Starr Radio - 9JA (London, England), which focuses on Nigerian issues. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8f4ghcoqbn4 . It is
Koiki Media ( https://koikimedia.com/ ) that has posted videos on Youtube of the test transmission of "Radio Ominira Yoruba."

Once Woofferton was mentioned, I decided to contact a correspondent that I have verified transmissions from Woofferton.  He forwarded the email to an acquaintance at Woofferton, the reply follows:

"That would be for an organisation called Jascom Broadcasting – no one seems to know much about them, and googling doesn’t turn up much!  The language is Yoruba, broadcasting to The Yoruba Nation who live in an area in the West of Nigeria and who are working towards Sovereignty.  I understand that there is at least some political content to the programme, interspersed with upbeat music.  Perhaps they are trying to engage the youth? There is an extensive thread with some good links on the BDXC group at the moment.  I’ll paste it below in case you’d like to forward this thread on to Dean."
