Good reception, Russian (?) service.  No listing of station broadcast on this frequency now, RHC does not list as a frequency.  At 0200 utc matched transmission on 11670.

0148 YL and OM in unid, sounds Eastern European Language
0152 OM with ID
0159 IS, sounds like Spanish service now

Great signal out of Bauta tonite with very nice Latino music on 11670 khz @ 03:04
