English service, very good reception.  Pre-recorded program on 60's SF Bay (where I am) music scene, a poor man's version of Casey Kasam.  OM in between giving history/stories, could not find station on this frequency at this time, WTWW does not list frequency.  Program called "History of Rock n Roll"

WTWW 9940 KHZ @ 21:58 UTC with American 60's rock music followed by annnouncement in English that  this was a special programming for the Ukraine and Russia. Went on about how the Russian media is lying to them,etc.

The broadcast on 9940 is correct, albeit this type of programming is generally found on transmitter 2, the 5085 frequency.

I thought I could hear some VERY faint US/70s music on 9940 last night around 0500 on 9400. It wasn't the same as what was playing on 5085 at the time.
Most reception on Eton Executive + YouLoop unless said otherwise
